Escape to The Nest—an updated, stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront cottage on Hutchins Lake. Enjoy breathtaking lake views from the upper and lower decks, spot birds and wildlife, and unwind in the hot tub. Spend sunny afternoons paddle boarding, fishing from the dock, and evenings relaxing by the lakeside fire pit. Walk to Fenn Valley Winery, or take a quick drive to the charming towns of Fennville, Saugatuck, and South Haven.
After booking is confirmed, guest and host will execute a separate rental agreement. It is a standard contract that is required by my insurance company and shouldn't contain any surprises.
No parties or events. Minimum age to rent is 27.
